There Are 2 Options For Lunch:
1. Sack Lunch

- All campers need to bring their lunch each day except for Friday (Chick-fil-A will be providing the meal), unless you are ordering Chick-fil-A lunches.
- We ask that you not include peanuts in your campers lunch if possible.

2. Order Chick-fil-A Lunch (not required to attend camp)

- You may choose to order Chick-fil-A for your camper for all week or for specific days.
- This is done through Eventbrite, a ticketing website/app.
- Please include your child’s name on the ticket when checking out.
- The DEADLINE to order 4-day tickets and Monday tickets is 5:00p on Sunday, June 9, 2024

- On Monday, June 30, you will be able to order for Tuesday through Thursday only and the 4-day ticket price will be unavailable. There will be no orders after 5pm on Monday, June 30.

Snack
A snack will be provided to each camper every day! You do not have to send a snack.
2025 Theme
Uncharted
For summer 2025, we invite campers to dive into the depths of God’s unwavering faithfulness, as seen through the life of Peter. Just as Peter followed Jesus with trust and courage, we’ll discover that the uncharted waters of our future are known and navigated by the One who created them. (Matthew 4:19-20)
FRIDAY FAMILY FUN DAY
On Friday Family Fun Day there is a special schedule and even a free Chick-fil-A lunch for all who attend! So, feel free to invite family to this exciting day in your community!
From the first day of camp, we’ll remind you to log in to your account and RSVP for Chick-fil-A lunch on Friday Family Fun Day.
Following Check Out at 11:15a, we are encouraging camper families to attend the Closing Session, where they’ll get to celebrate an awesome week of camp and hear from the church hosts.
After the Closing Session, campers and their family who have RSVP’d will get to stick around for a free Chick-fil-A lunch!
Your meal will be provided by Chick-fil-A Olive Branch & Getwell
Other Important Info
SUNSCREEN
Your child will be out in the sun much of the day doing various activities. Sunscreen will probably be needed for your child.
DRESS
Comfortable clothes for outdoor activities and close-toed shoes are preferred.
FIRST DAY DROP-OFF
Please get out of your vehicle and drop your child off the first day. We will need to confirm some information, get a name tag, explain about Chick-fil-A Family Fun Day, pay for Chick-fil-A lunches (if applicable), verify medical information, etc. After the first day, you should be able to just drop your child off in the mornings.
PICK-UP
You will be given a security card during the first day at drop-off that you will NEED in order to pick you child up each day. Please do not lose that card. You may also take a picture with your phone and show the picture if you need to. We will have people directing you where to enter the building to pick your children up. There is no car-rider line. You will be asked to walk in and pick your child up using the card given at drop-off.
EARLY CHECK-OUT
You may check-out your camper at any time. However, we do not allow early checkout after 4:15 PM.
CAMP STORE
There are items available for purchase like water bottles, hats, shirts, sno-cones, and other WinShape and village (age groups) branded items.
MEDICATIONS
If you child has daily medications that need to be taken during camp hours, please be sure to send it with your child and speak to the nurse before leaving the first morning.
PAYMENT
All payments are due 30 days prior to the 1st day of camp. Please log back in to your account to make your final payment if you haven’t already. Complete any additional information, including the Medical Form & Friday Fun Day RSVP. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on “Reset Password” and follow the instructions on the screen.
